Neurofeedback is a non-invasive style of brain training that uses real-time feedback to help your brain learn calmer, more efficient patterns. It pairs a qEEG-guided plan with brief, repeatable sessions where your brain is rewarded for moving toward target patterns—reducing reactivity and boosting clarity.
You might consider neurofeedback if…
Neurofeedback can support:
Share goals, ask questions, and confirm fit. We outline realistic options (in-office or at-home), cadence, and next steps.
We complete a qEEG brain map, a noninvasive assessment tool, to understand patterns related to attention, arousal, and regulation. About a week after the data is collected, review your map with a clinician and learn how your brainwave patterns connect to your strengths and challenges.
Your clinician translates map findings into a data-informed training protocol and, when helpful, a counseling plan to reinforce behavioral skills.
Train 2–3×/week in-office or 3–4×/week at-home. We review changes you notice, track progress every ~10 sessions, and refine protocols. Training can support changes with relative permanence and results vary depending on your goals and targeted symptoms.

Laptops are available to rent for an additional fee. Security deposit for all equipment required.
Includes a one hour data collection session + one hour review with a Licensed Clinical Therapist
Neurofeedback therapy teaches the brain through operant conditioning (think Pavlov’s dog!) how to adjust electrical patterns and neuronal connections that contribute to difficulty in behavioral change.
Remote neurofeedback therapy and in person neurofeedback therapy is an incredibly safe modality that works within the natural processes of your brain. At the worst, some of our clients report minor headaches, agitation, or a brief disruption in sleep. In general, most clients leave feeling relaxed or neutral.
While most brains can benefit from neurofeedback therapy to increase feelings of peace, joy, and overall wellbeing…the conditions that neurofeedback most commonly treats include generalized anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, PTSD/C-PTSD, insomnia, memory loss, and more. These disorders are well studied and documented to have positive results. Talk to our team of counselors in Denver by scheduling a consultation for more details.
Relatively, yes! While no treatment program can completely ease the effects of unpredicted stress or future trauma, our clients tend to feel more resilient and confident in managing stressors without neurofeedback therapy after their treatment program. The vast majority of our clients end their neurofeedback therapy program with a 30-70% reduction in symptom severity and only re-visit us and talk to our counselors in Denver CO for “tune ups” in the face of extreme stress or newly developed trauma.
Neurofeedback therapy assists in calming the nervous system which allows the client greater access to making behavioral changes. Many individuals know they need to change a behavior, but their nervous system is acting from a trauma response that keeps them in repetitive destruction patterns. Neurofeedback therapy regulates the brain to a calmer, safer baseline state that then allows the client to mindfully choose new behaviors and perspectives with the assistance of a licensed therapist.
Programs are individualized. Many goals require 40-80+ sessions with steady cadence; complex or long-standing concerns may need more. We review progress roughly every 10 sessions against your goals and map findings, then taper or extend based on measurable change.
In-office training includes on-site setup and coaching. At-home programs increase frequency and convenience with remote supervision and scheduled check-ins. Both use clinician-guided protocols and progress reviews; we’ll recommend the format that fits your goals, schedule, and budget.
Yes! Many of our clients take a holistic and well-rounded approach like including cognitive behavioral therapy sessions in addition to neurofeedback therapy sessions. It is safe and effective to complete multiple forms of mental health treatment at once. Our counselors in Denver CO will discuss the implications of completing multiple forms of therapy at once during your consultation. We suggest completing talk therapy with your neurofeedback therapy program at a minimum in order to gain the most benefit from your time with us.

qEEG Brain Mapping Therapy and Neurofeedback therapy can help ease symptoms of trauma by regulating the brain, taking it out of “fight or flight” mode and help increase patterns of mindfulness and mood regulation. It is also proven to help ease symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD and others that may co-occur with trauma. I support adults and teens (15+) who are ready to find relief from trauma, anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in life, career, or identity transitions. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed, and integrative approach, I help clients reconnect with themselves and move toward balance and resilience. I’m EMDR-trained and draw from person-centered, gestalt, DBT, and somatic practices. Whether we’re working with the nervous system, processing painful memories, or exploring patterns with curiosity, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel supported, present, and empowered to grow. I especially enjoy working with athletes, creative people, students, and outdoor adventurers who value resilience, beauty, and balance. Alongside therapy and grounding practices, I also offer neurofeedback as another powerful pathway for nervous system regulation and healing. Outside the office, you’ll often find me climbing, fly fishing, running trails, foraging, or relaxing in the grass under the aspens. My love for movement, play, and nature continually inspires how I show up with clients.

I specialize in working with women in their 20s to 50s who struggle with self-worth, self-esteem, and the guilt that often comes with prioritizing themselves. Finding self-trust and the ability to feel worthy of happiness are common topics in my work. My clients tend to put off therapy because they downplay their struggles, describing their pain as ‘not that big of a deal.’ Many of them grew up in households where expressing emotions wasn’t encouraged and they are still looking for security now. My goal is to create a space where you feel completely free to be yourself—no pressure, no expectations. Therapy with me isn’t about either of us being ‘perfect’—it’s more about you feeling safe, seen, and supported as you figure things out in a way that works for you. I prioritize meaningful conversations that get to the heart of the issue, getting to the root and out of surface level conversation quickly. Going through my own therapy has given me a deeper understanding of what it’s like to be in the client’s seat, and it’s made me even more passionate about helping others find the support that truly works for them. My clients describe me as focused, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth. I truly love what I do and that comes through in my work! I’m a person-centered therapist, but I often integrate elements of Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and IFS.
