Couples Counseling is goal-oriented therapy for two rooted in Relational Life Therapy (RLT): identify what keeps you stuck, actively teach your partner how to respond to you in real-time, learn a common language for hard topics, and practice repeatable repair rituals. You’ll learn practical tools for trust, intimacy, and decision-making you can use at home.

Share your goals, ask questions, and confirm fit. We’ll outline realistic options and next steps.
Each partner completes a few questionnaires individually before the first appointment outlining concerns, goals, history, and expectations. In the first session, we review relationship history, strengths, and stuck points together.
A clear, data-informed roadmap: communication skills, structured dialogues, repair rituals, boundaries, and optional adjuncts (e.g., Couples Brain Mapping).
Practice skills in session, try them at home, and debrief. We refine the plan as you progress. Consistency matters.
Results and pace of change varies with each couples’ goals and commitment to the process.
